![]() Rev. Maya Landell was my first friend made after taking the plunge into Theology School and making the decision to become a Minister. She is a badass ability to lead others in faith that make them feel welcome and right at home within the church! She is leaving our Presbytery and exploring new ministry opportunities with her family and we/I will miss having her around so close. This sermon seeks to give thanks to her friendship and her ministry that bears so much in common with the way Christ makes Zacchaeus feel so welcome to start a new life following him. (Luke 19: 1-10)

great message today Doug...it really is hard to say goodbye to folks we love and places that feel like home...but new adventures are always great and God calls us...we feel the breezes of change and in spite of holding on to our stuff...we need to let go and trust God...
