In July I was on vacation for the entire month. The church shut down for the entire month. While away, I hid my cell phone and live under a rock... figuratively speaking. It was a shock to come back to work and the world and hear of what went on? Troubles near and far. While coming back from a time of isolation Christ has a similar reaction... he assures us it's normal, and it's a good situation to be in to help in his miracles working as we reach out with our hearts in compassion to help the world's hurt.
