We are excited to offer Yoga classes at Chalmers United Church. What a great opportunity to take some time for yourself to help maintain your physical and mental health. Our teacher, Tina Gokstorp has been recommended to us and has introduced Yoga to thousands of students. She teaches both Beginner and Intermediate classes and has worked with students of all ages and abilities. While Yoga is well known to help with stretching tight areas of the body, it provides a number of benefits including strengthening, improved posture, stress management, increased body awareness, coordination and balance along with many other benefits.
